Order Status
You could enjoy Free shipping on orders over $59.
Normally, the package will be delivered within 8-13 business days (processing time+shipping time).
Brazil is currently unable to offer free shipping services.
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order (except for pre-sale items). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check the order status. If you fail to receive any email, please check your spam/junk mailbox or contact our Customer Service Center via mail services@ahaselected.com.
Quick Ship
- Based on our inventory, some items are available for Quick Ship in some US areas. You can see the 'Quick Ship' description on these product pages.
- If only part of your order is available for Quick Ship, they will be sent out separately. You will also get separate notifications, so don't worry.
- Quick Ship normally takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
